Pick all this up at Fridays packet pickup 3pm to 7pm. If you do not make it to packet pickup you will need to pick up swag at the finish line after the race. We will bring bibs to start line, but we don’t have volunteers assigned to pass out bibs so it could delay your start.

Refund & Rollover policy
No cost rollover if withdraw on ultrasignup by 70 days before event
50% OMR EVent Credit (good for two years) available until 25 days before event
If you need to withdraw from the race. You can do this on ultrasignup and it will automatically either roll you over or give you the 50% credit. Depending on when you choose.
Pregnancy rollovers are allowed. Please let us know as soon as you know your pregnancy is going to keep you from participating.

ONce the rollover options are expired.
we will still offer you a Race entry credit for 2025 race with an 8 hour assigned volunteer shift at 2024 Kettle Moraine 100 event. Signup to volunteer and choose the rollover option. You will likely be assigned to parking or road crossing.
Rollover & refund options were listed on checkout form upon registering for the race.
The credit will be for the amount you paid for event minus extra fees/add on.
Make sure you cancel your registration on ultrasignup to do rollover option.
No problem to rollover
- log into your ultrasignup account
- look under your registration history and find Kettle 100k
- remove yourself from the entrants list
- before you are done with this step the rollover options will pop up. This is based on the date that you rollover on what the options are.
- choose your option
- finish transaction
- a confirmation will be sent to you
In December of 2024
- you will get an invite to register early for the 2025 race
- you will need to register before registration opens on January 1st at 11 am to complete your rollover
- if you wait to register until after January 1st at 11 am, you will go onto the waitlist once the race fills up and may end up forfeiting your rollover if you are not invited into race.
ALL ROLLOVERS MUST BE DONE BY THE DATES PROVIDED IN OUR ROLLOVER POLICY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
WE HAVE A VOLUNTEER OPTION TO ROLLOVER ALL THE WAY UNTIL RACE WEEK IF YOU VOLUNTEER AT THE 2024 KETTLE RACE. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THAT COURTESY.
