No one accept for 100 mile runner cars can park at Nordic or John Muir until 7:30 am on Saturday. Entrances will be patroled. Please Have your special Event Pass ready to show Officials.

In case of true emergencies, (car breakdown, late flight, etc…), we will bring bib only to race start line. You will be responsible for asking for your race swag at finish line.
100 mile runners will need the parking pass that is given out on Friday night to be allowed to park at Nordic or John Muir. Officers will be guarding both entrances and will turn you away without the pass. If you have a true emergency and miss mandatory packet pickup, you will need to make a plan for how to handle this.

At 7:30 am, Nordic and John Muir parking will open up to all park users that follow parking rules.
Crew will need to purchase a Wisconsin State Parking pass to park in any of the parking lots. You can buy these on course or online at LINK. They will issue tickets to anyone that does not display their parking pass in window.
We respect the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and will do whatever is needed to not leave a negative impact on their park. This means we will be strict about DQ’ing anyone that does not follow these rules.

We want everyone to have an amazing race day! We need to be good partners with the park and follow their directions. Please read so you do not make mistakes.
You can end up being late to race, or DQ’d, if you don’t follow rules.

Race day pARKING INSTRUCTIONS:
At mandatory packet pickup we will give you a large Kettle Branded printed pass that you need to display in your window to be allowed to park at Nordic. This pass will need to be showing in window the entire time you are parked in the lot.
You will need to have your assigned parking pass and bib ready to show parking attendants to enter parking lot. If you do not, you will be turned away.
Assigned parking pass is unique to each individual runner so that officials know who’s car it is.
Park at Nordic (we may slightly overflow to John Muir).
Both Nordic & John Muir parking lots will be policed until 7:30 am. You will not be allowed in without your Kettle Branded Assigned Parking pass.
Do not park on any grass areas
Your crew is allowed to ride with you on the bus in the morning to the start line.
There is only one car per 100-mile runner allowed into the lot before 7:30 am. If your crew comes with you in that car, that is okay.

Important:
100k runners and their crew can not park at Nordic or John Muir on race morning. If you come to Nordic you will Be turned away and risk missing bus to start line.
Only runners with 100 mile parking pass will be allowed to enter Nordic or John Muir Parking lot before 7:30 am.

Race Start Scuppernong Trailhead
50k runners, if you miss Friday packet pickup. You can get your bib only at start line. It will be your responsibility to pick up swag at finish line.
Print your parking pass that is linked below. This is good for the parking lot listed on it.
50k runners can be dropped off by crew at start, but there is no all day parking at Scuppernong.
After the race, there will be a shuttle bus at Nordic finish line to take you back to your car in Palmyra.
38 MILE FUN RUN:
Fun run packet pickup is: 3-5 PM SATURDAY
Race start time is 5 pm or later. Start at Nordic
Park at Nordic or John Muir. Can not park on grass. You will need a Wisconsin State Park parking pass.

CREW PARKING & RULES
Crew will not be allowed to pull into the John Muir or Nordic parking lot before 7:30 am on Saturday. After that they can park in these locations if they follow park rules.
Buy a Wisconsin State Park parking pass
Do not park on grass areas at Nordic
All four tires off the road near any station that crew is allowed
Do not go to Horseriders Park and crew your runners. They will be DQ’d
No crew at any locations other than crew access aid stations.
We will DQ any runner that takes aid outside of crew access aid stations.
If parking rules are broken you are at risk of being towed
We send out a pre-race email a week before the race.
